Ashtanga Based Class

These classes are ideal for people who are looking to deepen their understanding of their Breath; Asanas (postures); and Dristie (gazing point). It will help build stamina, strengthen your muscles and flexibility. This class is a great introduction to the Ashtanga Primary Sequence. It doesn’t matter what level of flexibility you have as this will come with practice. Anyone can practice Ashtanga Yoga, there are no limits to age, physical ability or gender.

Tuesday - Yoga Studio

Ashtanga Led Class

These are Ashtanga based yoga sequencing and technique classes; whereby I plan weekly a different routine from the Asana family: such as standing poses; core awakening; Arm Support; Back Bends; twists; Forward Bends; Hip Openers and Inversion (not on the same week though!). These classes aim to develop physical and mental strength, increased stamina and greater flexibility. Also learning how you can practice by making modifications, therefore allowing for all ages, body types and people. Flexibility is not needed, you only get flexible with the progression of yoga. Hopefully, these classes are a lot of fun too.

Evening Class: 7:00 pm to 8.15 pm Hatha Yoga class for all levels, in a friendly atmosphere, beginners particularly welcome.
