I couldn’t have done it without Dee! I was thinking about returning to Yoga for so many years, after having three children and work at the same time it looked like a faraway dream! But Dee helped me to overcome the fear of facing my fitness and find the time I needed to help my body recover and get back its flexibility and strength.

I am 66 and have had both hips replaced. Three years ago I had a bad fall, breaking my leg in 2 places and have yet another hip replacement. I was incapacitated for 6 months and had to learn to walk again. With Dee’s fantastic support and the encouragement of other members of her class I can now play golf twice a week and walk more than 5 miles. The other week I was actually able to touch my toes and put my hands on the floor. Dee has a special way of encouraging you and helping you to achieve that flexibility and confidence you thought you had lost forever.

Taking up Yoga was a great surprise to me!! I did Pilates and never even thought of Yoga as the meditating and heavy breathing never appealed to me, until I meat Dee she just made it so easy to understand and guided me through all the moves with a calming smile and unlimited patience.
